Interacting with Maina Kageni of Classic 105 yesterday got me thinking about the importance of specializing in your NICHE market. He has done many things and eventually found himself in the media, which is clearly his element. It reminded me that when you narrow down to the one thing that you love to do, success simply shows up and pursues you. There is no doubt that Maina is living his dream having found his niche. What are you good at and what do others constantly affirm you for? What do you enjoy doing most? 2. Identify the problem that you would like to solve 3. Identify your specific target audience and research on what is available in the market 4. Determine the sustainability of your NICHE 5 Identify a Mentor in the specific are of interest. Get a Coach, Champions and Cheerleaders 5. Test your idea and don’t let fear hold you back 6. Live your purpose, succeed in your NICHE and change your world in your generation and beyond.
